Centrale ligging, prima bedden, goede communicatie.
Straat er direct naast is vroeg in de ochtend al druk en wat lawaaierig. Handdouche deed het niet goed.

很安静和干净的社区。房东提供了停车位1个，虽然我们没车，但下次来租车旅行的话很方便。步行10分钟的路程内有2个大型超市、公园、咖啡馆和换乘公共交通的地铁站，便于生活。入住指南也清晰明了。
从SUBIANCO地铁站出来，GOOGLE导航指引的地址是住宿点的院子后门，虽然也能进出。 我们入住的房间在一楼，浴室洗澡的地方有扇带花纹的窗，但没有窗帘，虽然外面是绿化带，很少有人经过，但在使用时还是感觉缺少了隐私性。

Clean and modern.
Off street parking.
Kitchen and laundry appliances that worked well and were clean and stocked with detergent etc. Cutlery and plates for kids was a big bonus!
Toys, books, high chair, (port a cot/we didn´t use it) for kids was very appreciated (a little step in the bathroom would have been a great addition!)
Lots of hooks, hangers and space to unpack your bag and feel at home.
Contact with owner was very good, quick response time.
Traffic from the road outside was very loud in the apartment.
Inafficient AC/heater, that was also very loud.
Water pressure in the shower was very veak.

Nice apartment staff helped with hot water issue on a Friday Night
If I had known that the bedrooms back onto Hay street which is a very busy road very early in the morning and late into evening I would not have booked it did affect our sleep. I would recommend ear plugs if moderate to light sleeper.
