+ localization, + spacious, good equipment apartment, + two bathrooms, + good wi-fi, + remote check-in
- unpleasant smell from the sewage system, - limited contact with the owner (only information regarding check-in one day before arrival), - quite cold, - no kettle, - old pans and pots, - small amount of toilet paper

Posizione spettacolare in centro, con possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage privato
Comunicazione inesistente con il proprietario prima dell'arrivo.... poi si è degnato di rispondere ai messaggi dopo un lungo protestate sullo stato iniziale dell'appartamento. Stato manutentivo all'abbandono: luci fulminate, acqua calda non stabile, tazze inesistenti, pentole consumate da sostituite. Dopo tanti messaggi è intervenuta una persona di sua fiducia per sistemare la situazione.
