So peaceful, the continental breakfast was top quality, everything was spotlessly clean. Great location very close to all the best `Auckland has to offer. Yes there are 27 steps, but you only have to take your suitcases up once, my husband is 80 and we managed fine. Free parking is for 2hrs during the day and overnight, so we didn't need the parking pass. Loved listening to the very soft cluck of the chooks during the day and all was quiet when they went to bed at sundown. Loved this place would not hesitate to book again, and we will.

Over and above our expectations. Breakfast items were great all the ingredients offered were of the highest quality. Every item in the property was great quality too and everything you can imagine you may need to make the stay easy and convenient. TV was loaded with appropriate streaming services. The location was terrific. This part of Auckland is high end, peaceful and with great restaurants, bars and shops. Public transport was superb. The host could not have been more helpful especially around getting to the airport on departure day for an early flight. We loved our stay!
