Superb One Bedroom near Britomart by Zodiak Stays

Excellent location with it being central to everything, with a good range of amenities on offer. All the cookware you would need, with complimentary hot drinks, one small milk carton, and even two surprise Whittaker chocolates were found in the fridge!

I stayed for nine-days and frequently used the drying machine for clothes, and the dust went everywhere as the lint capture would not fit properly, and would eventually fall off. The blinds in the bedroom, however, was the biggest issue as my partner and I would sleep late, but the sun would always wake us up through a big gap in the blinds. I could see someone had the same issue and tried taping it to the wall in the past too.

Bigger trash bags would have been better, they are twice smaller than the trash can. I would maybe suggest to do a deep clean, surfaces and everything else was spotless but the vent, washing machine room and the sofa would deserve more attention. I was sneezing a lot😀

Walking distance to key areas in central Auckland

Furniture layout is different from the photos, which made it feel very cramped. It meant a narrow space to walk between the large coffee table and the TV unit to access the bathroom. The apartment is set up for tall people. Thankfully, my husband is tall or I would not have been able to reach any of the crockery. I am 4ft 11in, I know I am shorter than most but I seriously would have struggled on my own and would have needed to call the management team to move items lower. The chairs are not suitable for standing on to reach a cup from the cupboard. The sofa is large for the space and we both found it uncomfortable. It is essentially a lovely space, but the team needs to review it from a short person's perspective.
