Location was walking distance from all central Auckland things.
Only one key, living room furniture/carpet is tired/worn.

Great downtown location & relatively quiet
Checkin process laborious! Some room amenities not working eg kettle. Lacked aroha eg request to leave dishes in Dishwasher but no DW tabs.

The location, the view of the harbour and the washing machine.
The oven did not work well and one of the elements and the extractor fan didn’t work. There are no staple pantry items; e.g oil, soy sauce, salt, etc. Kitchen equipment is very limited if you want to cook. We stayed 9 nights (2 people) and only 3 rolls toilet paper, no kitchen cloths to wipe benches etc. mattress on one bed was really hard and the pillows were all soft and thin. Maybe a variety of thicknesses might be good to suit a range of preferences. Wifi cut out at night off and on so affected the google TV. Good washing machine, drying rack and heater. Great water pressure in the shower.
