3 BDR CBD Get Away

Lovely place- we all felt very comfortable and had plenty of space, nice beds, lovely kitchen, and bathrooms. Also, the place was close to all the CBD viaduct things we wanted to do too. Would definitely recommend this place and come there again.

I got quite a few emails leading up to the stay. These were there to help. That said, when we arrived in the dark of night, I could not find the one with the code as there were too many messages that were not clearly titled to look through. Thankfully, I phoned the owner who answered and sorted things. I just thought l would feed this back. Perhaps the email with the code could be clearly titled. Great place overall though, would recommend and return again!

Great central location, close to everything we needed! Garage fit our SUV. Beds were comfortable and great amenities. Had everything we needed and the host was super responsive and great.

Unfortunately when we arrived, there were several issues. All of the bedding for the 3 beds (duvet cover and sheets) had various stains. Also, the water in the showers would stop after 10 minutes. The host was very responsive and was able to fix it on day 1 thankfully

The property was walking distance to shops and alternate transport. The unit was very quite, could not hear neighbours and very clean. The kitchen had the little things that most accommodation do not have like cling wrap, paper towel and other little things you miss when not in your own property. The owners were very responsive to any questions or quiries.

Got a bit warm of a night and fans struggled, unable to leave windows open as no screens so screens would have been nice.

Property location was great for access to CBD and surrounding places of interest. Parking space available but for 1 small car only.

Cleanliness was not up to standard. Whole accomodation smelt bad. Evident of pet stains and odour on multiple areas of carpet and lack of cleaning overall. Cleaner looks to do minimum. Cobwebs, hair in bathrooms, stained linen, pillows flat and uncomfortable. For premium of stay @ $500 per night this was the most expensive dog friendly accommodation we have stayed in and the worst. On advising host they offered to return to clean but would interrupt our stay. This should have been undertaken in the first instance. Owner should Inspect property fully and enforce rules to enable a cleaner pet friendly accommodation clients can leave with enjoyment and satisfaction. Would not recommend or return.
