Property was good value for our requirements (short overnight stay) and generally met our expectations. Manager was very helpful and the location was easy to get to. Bathroom was clean for the age.
Bedding was adequate although a little warm for the temperatures in the room. Built in furniture was showing its age which gave a poor impression.

No plugs for sink or basin. Symonds st is pretty noisy

The tag on the lift card was broken and only had celotape holding it to room key. Feel off in room had lost key charge which was refunded when key found. You need to have security card securily attached to key or make room security card entry and drop keys all together
