- well-facilitated clean house - responsive host - very good heating - easy key collect - enough utensils, pans and glasses in the kitchen - game room for kids (though not well maintained and needs more attention) - BBQ and comfy seats and tables in the backyard - easy free car parking - in addition to the private toilet in the unit, one additional shared toilet in the hallway - comfortable beds - different table games in the room - nice neighborhood close to the lake - easy access to local supermarkt in 15min walk - coffee machine broke and the host immediately replaced it the day after - Monica refunded 30€ to apologize for the noise made in preparations for a local cycling day - We happened to have an additional 6yr kid during our stay but she was kind enough not to charge us extra - She provided the game room free of charge - She gave us tips for travelling around as well

- right next to a busy 80km/h road where cars/trucks/motorcycles pass from early morning. If windows are closed, there is no problem. But if you leave them open, they can make noise esp very early mornings => Adding Airco can allow for closing the windows to stop the road noise: the location is great otherwise. - based on our experience, warm water finished quickly and got cold in the 2nd shower: if you travel with multiple persons, this might become annoying as the next persons has cold water. Although there is bathtub in the bathroom, but we could not fill with warm water for kids as the water got cold > Monica mentioned others have not reported this but this happened for us. I recommend the host to have a service. - no shampoo in the bathroom: although written free toiletries, Be sure to take yours along. - I advice the host to leave sufficient extra toilet/kitchen papers, handwash liquid, etc in the room and charge them fully before check-in. It is unpleasant for residents to send messages for everything that finishes half way and wait half-day to receive them. It becomes also extra time/work for you to bring them. So easier to do at check-in.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Attersee. Ausstattung war toll, für 5 Personen ideal. Für Haustiere auch super geeignet. Vermieterin sehr nett. Spielraum ein tolles extra.
