空間寬敝，浴室乾濕分離，廚房用具齊全，陽台風景棒，很適合家庭聚會。
沙發床較不好睡，翻身或移動時易有聲響。廚房沒有微波爐。投幣式洗衣機在地下一樓，要先備好1歐元。

Lokalita, zahrada, parkování v garáži, dům
Rezervace pro 4, povlečeno jen pro 3, museli jsme si povléct, deky + povlečení byly v gauči nedbale hozené navíc prostěradlo děravé, byly videt nedostatky, je to škoda, protože jsou to drobnosti, sami máme apartmán a hýčkáme si ho, tak aby byl každý host maximálně spokojený a to mame za poloviční cenu s výhledem na Krumlovsky zámek. Apartmán je v krásné novostavbě, ale je vidět, ze minimálně paní uklízečka nedělá svou práci s láskou. Za cenu ubytování by to chtělo trochu větší péči. Matrace úplně nevyhovující jsou jak žvýkačky.

There were road works and the information was not clear where to park the car. On second day it was not clear how to get in the building due to ongoing road work.
