A beautiful, quiet, and welcoming stay.

Usually when looking at the images of a property to stay, it looks nothing like it in person and is often a let down. This property however, was the exception. The property was far more beautiful than what I expected. The cleanliness and beautiful view made this stay the greatest I have ever had. The atmosphere is very quiet and pleasing. Additionally, the cows and cats roaming around was a nice touch. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative thing I can think of is I wish I would have stayed longer.

Amazing view to the lake, amability of the family

For a perfect stay we would have expected cleaning products for the dishwasher and dishes , some basic condiments for the kitchen salt oil sugar and at least some cafe capsule and tea bags for the 1st breakfast... To avoid buying it for few days. I did not see it was a farm when booking it, cows smell but there is no bad smell in the flat.

family farm in an incredible location with a wonderful view of Lake Mondsee. very new apartments with all the resources, including a complete kitchen. The owner Astrid is always on hand and is very friendly and helpful. the farm has a cow breeding and it is very interesting to know. Wonderful place!

Breathtaking view and an amazing atmosphere in a well-equipped modern apartment on a beautiful farm

The apartment's terrace had a breathtaking view on Mondsee, offered comfortable bedrooms and a well-equiped kitchen/living room. The Ferienhof is located on the hillside with cows and cats, has a pool and an overall fantastic atmosphere. The nights are quiet and starry, the mornings are warm and sunlit. Amazing experience.

Be prepared that the accomodation is on a farm with animals, their smell can be very strong sometimes, but you can never smell it inside the apartment!

Calm, beautiful place to stay.

The location is perfect, calm, with beautiful view on the lake below. The apartment was roomy, clean, equipped with basic stuff one needs for the stay. The host was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

The bed was a bit soft but that’s it that’s all.

We stayed in Ferienhof for only two days, but even during so short period we felt in love with this place :) The view on Mondsee is magnificent! The hosts are very frendly!

It was really nice stay. Clean and huge appartment with spectacular view of the lake Mondsee. The owner was helpful and kind. The house has a beautiful pool and parking is right in front of the entrance.

2 wunderschöne Tage im Dezember erlebt. Traumhafter Ausblick! Wunderschöne Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Gassi gehen. Einfach ein Ort um die Seele wieder aufzutanken! Man hat alles was man braucht! Sauber und ordentlich! Wir kommen wieder!

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft an einem ebenso wundervollen Ort! Die Gastgeberin und ihre Tiere – besonders die flauschigen Katzen – haben sofort ein herzliches und liebevolles Gefühl vermittelt. Hier kann man richtig zur Ruhe kommen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen. Auch Vierbeiner genießen die entspannte Atmosphäre. :)

Der Ausblick auf die Berge und auf den See war wunderschön. Gastgeberin Astrid ist eine nette und hilfsbereite Frau, die bei allem uns unterstützt hat und mit der einfach angenehm ist, zu reden.

Nezabudnuteľný zážitok! 🩷

Pobyt tu bol jednoducho úžasný! Prostredie je nádherné – zvieratká, krásna príroda, večer na lúkach behali srnky a z balkóna bol nádherný výhľad. Izba so saunou bola super a celková atmosféra miesta je neopísateľná – všetko, od zvieratiek cez prírodu až po bazén, prispelo k nezabudnuteľnému zážitku. Veľmi sme sa tešili, že sme mohli ochutnať domáce kravské mlieko a vidieť malé teliatka. Skvelé bolo aj to, že sme mohli prísť so psíkom. Aj napriek zlému počasiu (čo bola škoda, pretože sme sa tešili na vonkajší bazén s výhľadom) bol náš pobyt fantastický a určite sa sem ešte vrátime. Tento pobyt jednoznačne odporúčame

Jedina nevýhoda boli veľmi mäkké madrace na posteliach.

Wir werden wieder kommen und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

Große Ferienwohnung, tolle Gastgeber die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben. Schöner, sauberer Pool- zwar etwas kühler aber für warme/heiße Tage perfekt. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort und wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Wir konnten den Grill vor Ort benutzen und es sind uns super Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben worden. Eine Traumaussicht hatten wir von unserem Balkon aus. Sogar Spielsachen waren für die Kinder vor Ort. Unseren Kindern wurde nie langweilig. Sie durften sogar mit in den Stall gehen.

die kaffeemaschine braucht leider ewig.ein spüllappen und ein geschirrtuch mehr wäre nicht schlecht.auch ein duschvorlagenteppich .das betttuch hatte auf meiner seite viele flecken.
