Everything was comfortable and apt was warm and well presented. Good drying room and laundry for then use of everyone. Good car parking availability on site. Hist was very good and answered questions quickly.
The communal stairs needs to be finished as they are a bit of a trip hazard.

Spacious accommodation. There is a large supermarket close by. Quiet neighborhood. Mountain view. The ski resort of Dachstein west is nearby.
There was a lack of basic soap in the house to wash your hands after you arrived. I'm not asking for shower gels and shampoos or antiseptic, but soap should be in the apartment. The colorful towels need replacing, they don't look fresh. The dishwasher also needs cleaning. There is mold in the bathroom. And of course, it would be nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. After skiing, washing things by hand is not such a pleasure.
