The family was super nice and the mother could speak English quite well. The room was cute and the shared bathroom was clean. The breakfast was nice: two pieces of bread, a sugar bun, butter, jam, cheese, eggs and coffee or tea.

The door of our room could not lock. The lock was broken. It was a little bit chaotic when checking in because only the two daughters were there to help us and we booked short in advance, but they tried to help us the best they could, and it worked out.

Große Zimmer mit gemütlichen Betten. Alles war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher im Zimmer und das WLAN funktionierte ohne Probleme. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Uns wurde bei allen Anliegen geholfen und auch eine Unterkunft in Altyn Arashan organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängert.

Excellent value. The house is in a central quiet neighbourhood with plenty of on-site parking. The Guesthouse is seperate from the family home and contains two new bathrooms and three bedrooms. Everything was clean and the family children who often manage the property are mostly friendly and English is spoken fluently by some. Laundry is available for 200 som (though it didn't really wash our clothes at all and left white powder residue) and the included simple breakfast was pleasant though cold and only half there on the second day. We had no qualms aside from the aforementioned and the fact that one of the children made the derogatory middle finger gesture at our friend. Aside from this, price considered, I would recommend.
