Emir

We loved our stay at Emir. Amazing location, great value for money, access to a shared kitchen, and a very sweet and friendly host. The meals they offer can be made vegetarian or vegan upon request, which is amazing! We only stayed for 1 night but we will definitely come back!

The location is superb (you can see the rocks from the room), and the facility is very comfortable. I felt as if I was home. The owner was super sweet, and I got to meet her granddaughter as a bonus 😊 (she is so cute)

You have to drive through a narrow bridge and a steep dirt road which can be muddy when it rains/snows, but it is short distance and I was ok with Toyota RAV4. But it adds to the adventure of traveling in Kyrgyzstan.

Great location, incredibly friendly host who cooked us lovely food for a bit extra. The location gives you unique access to the seven bulls. Very clean.

Dinner and breakfast were quite meager. Considering they were 500 per person I thought the meals should have been more substantial. Dinner was literally soup and bread. Also breakfast was a half hour later than the time we wanted. We came down at 7 (the appointed time) only to see an empty dining room and the owner doing yoga outside. The location is far from the mini-bus drop-off point, so the owner told us her husband was in town and could give us a lift. Great, we thought—how nice! But during check out she charged us for that lift. It would have been great to know that it cost money at the time! Also, you can hear people walking around outside from your room.
