    Rooms are good. Comfortable bed. A very nice stay.

    On our first day, the receptionist was not very welcoming and looked tired providing us with room not as per our selection but after arguments she upgraded it. A friendlier attitude would create a better first impression, coz staffs look rude but actually are fine and cooperative. The room was nice, but it needs proper deep cleaning before check in. The bed sheets and covers should be changed, as we experience itchiness during our stay. Seems like the bedsheets and blankets are not oftenly changed. Toiletries were provided, changed daily and general high level cleaning only which looks good but prefer deep cleaning as well. Breakfast was good, but having a more varied menu instead of the same bread everyday would be better. Overall except for itchy bed, rest all was good and manageble.

    def my choice again when i go Almaty.location is very great,easy access to fastfood,24h supermarket,CU mart,halal shop, metro station.all walking distance.

    I booked a Superior room that listed a "mountain view" as a benefit of the room. There was no view. The only view was the parking lot behind the hotel. It was disappointing. I spoke to the receptionist and was advised that it was a mistake on the Agoda site and that the manager would be informed. She also stated that I should look for a credit on my Agoda account as a courtesy. I never received a response or credit and am sure that the management just doesn't care to solve this issue. I would not recommend this hotel based on the deceptive room descriptions and the Management's inability to resolve even the most simple concerns.
