The location is at least 3 mins walk to the asakusabashi station. The place is clean and organized when we arrived. It’s a bit small thou from what we expected. The lock on the toilet is not working. The location of the room in the building is inconvenient. The elevator goes only up to 4th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggages up to 5th floor which was the most hassle part. The host is very responsive with queries, so plus points for that.

The place was accessible to railway, Near to a Convenience store. It was all good for a stay just to sleep.
The AC heater was not warm enough and keeps on auto off timer even you didnt setup it. Also elevator was only to 4th flr, manageable but not for PWD's and lot of luggages.

Even though it was not in the advertised location on booking. com the location was ok.
It was so small and had a bad layout it was up a narrow flight of stairs and was not suitable for tall people.
