Great location, walking distance to Sky Tree and Senso Ji temple, convenience stores on every corner, good connection to other parts of Tokyo. The apartment was big enough for the 5 of us, it was clean, well air conditioned, with everything we needed for our stay. Good communication too, would highly recommend! Thank you for having us. Appartement 201 (à l'étage) très pratique, spacieux pour 4 (peut être un peu juste pour 7, occupation max). Très propre et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. On se sent vraiment en immersion dans le quotidien des Japonais.
Le service client est réactif. Qqs difficultés pour déposer les bagages en amont de l'horaire du check in malgré l'anticipation. J'aurais dû relancer le service client qqs jours avant. Heureusement une gentille voisine japonaise à gérer le coup de fil en voya t led enfants dormir sur nos genoux après le long voyage. Cette expérience montre qu'il faut quand même anticiper un forfait téléphonique (et ne pas prendre uniquement un forfait data). Tout est rentré dans l'ordre et l'expérience est très bonne.

Es war dreckig. Überall Staub, Krümel in der Küche, Sachen vom Vorgänger. Hab erstmal putzen müssen.
