great Location, cozy and comfortable apartment , clean and quiet.

It was spotlessly clean, fresh, had new good amenities, enough space and fresh air for 3 people. Quiet and clean residential area, convenience stores next door, responsive host.

Transport connection is ok, but not ideal: it takes extra 30-40 minutes to reach Shinjuku/Shubuya etc compared to, say, living in Kanda. Plus it's the subway, not JR lines, so you often need to make an extra hop, an inconvenient one sometimes, because subway stations are not always strictly connected to JR ones. It's definitely not a major problem, just something to consider if you are going to visit entertainment or anime districts often.

Perfect usage of available room space in the design of the place for comfortably accommodating 4 persons

The place is quite spacious and comes with a washing machine, a manual dryer, and basic kitchen utensils.

One thing to note is that transportation to the nearest train station is limited. There’s only one bus serving the area, and it stops around 10 pm. If you’re coming back late, you’ll need to walk from the station. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby either, the closest one is near the train station. Also, since it’s located in a residential area, you’ll need to keep noise down, especially at night. It may not be the best fit for groups with kids.
