L'ospitalità della sig.ra Patrizia, l'arredamento, gli ampi spazi interni e i balconi, la posizione e la disponibilità di parcheggio privato ad alcuni metri dalla struttura. Ottima doccia. Ed infine e non ultima, la pulizia dell'intera struttura.
La connessione internet un po' discontinua.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. I proprietari sono persone straordinarie, gentili e sempre disponibili. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, ben organizzato e dotato di molti letti, ideale per famiglie o gruppi numerosi. In casa non mancava proprio nulla: tutto il necessario era presente e perfettamente funzionante. Posto auto comodo e spazioso. La posizione è molto comoda: a pochi minuti dal lungomare di Ostia e a circa mezz’ora di macchina dal centro di Roma.
Assolutamente nulla da segnalare: il soggiorno è stato impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.
