We were not informed that the room is on the 5th floor (6th to be accurate) without an elevator, and we had to carry our heavy luggage all by ourselves to the room. It was exhausting.

The location is definitely the best part of the stay.

It’s in the fifth floor, which is not mentioned anywhere in the description. I got to know about it after I booked a non refundable rate, so it was too late to make any changes. The bed was very uncomfortable, it’s metal cot bed, and the mattress keeps moving while you sleep. The comforter is too small and not warm at all, we were cold the whole time. The last window in the bedroom at the left is painted in white but at night, the stairs lights filter through and can be annoying while you are sleeping. An effort should be made to keep gets feel more comfortable.
