Beautiful 2BR in Southend Boston

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and both bathrooms were also large. The location was convenient and worked well for our stay. There were also several bus stops nearby, which made getting around by public transportation very easy.

The main downside was that some of the kitchenware was quite old. A few pans were already cracked and unusable, so we ended up buying a new one ourselves. The Wi-Fi router was also not working, so unfortunately we were unable to connect to the internet during our stay.

Overall, we had a very positive experience staying here. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning in the living room worked great. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were always quick to respond to messages and promptly helped whenever necessary. The neighborhood and the building itself felt very safe, and the common areas were clean and well maintained. It was also convenient that the building has a laundry room available for an additional fee. We especially appreciated how quickly the hosts addressed the issue with the TV remote. They brought a new remote with batteries by the end of the day.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The TV turned on by itself a few times and was quite loud, so perhaps it can be controlled remotely. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not working. Fortunately, the weather was not too hot, so this did not cause much inconvenience. A few small additions would also make the stay even more comfortable: providing more trash bags for the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom trash cans, regularly replenishing the hand soap, and adding a cutting board to the kitchen. Also, while the laundry room was convenient, it requires a smartphone to use it, which may be worth mentioning to guests in advance. Overall, these were only minor issues, and our stay was very pleasant. We would be happy to recommend this apartment.
