Very good value for money.
It is cheap, for Boston downtown, but very convenient. Exactly what I needed for 2 days.
Very small rooms.
And bed not comfortable.
But once again, enough for a 2 days trip and if you are alone.

conveniently located about four blocks from the subway, neat neighborhood, within five blocks of restaurants and shopping
this is a value room, a bit small, as was the bathroom; the mattress was foam and a bit sunken where undoubtedly previous guest sat on it. but the room was clean and full of amenities (fridge, microwave, iron, towels, TV, and AC unit)

We like the location. It was walking distance to stores, restaurants and some other areas that we found interesting.
Did not like the TV being in the front room instead of the bedroom. Also, the plug to the coffee pot was not long enough.
