Misleading pictures, not clean and not worth the money payed.

The place was not too far from ferry pier. I arranged with the owner to pick a bike from his nearby rental shop too. It was good that they allow me to take the bike using the passport for the room booking.

Well, there are a few things that are not truth with this booking. The Wardrobe, TV or Microwave that they mention are not there at all(It seems they move it from room to room to make the pictures). The bed and dressing table were broken and unhinged. The walls and curtains were really dirty, the overall sensation of kitchen and place was not very hygienic. We didn't use the battered pan or pot as they also seen not clean on top of their poor state. The curtains do not cover the whole glass door, and so you are exposed to the neighbours continually. There is a double mattress stored on the same room. The thin, old and decoloured cover duvet is for a single bed, not a double bed , so it won't cover you both at night. I look into apartment 2 as there were some guest there and that one seemed a bit better. DO NOT CHOSE APARTMENT 1 if you book here. I have tried to tell the owner about this shortcomings via a call and a message but his reply was that he has no time to listen to a 4 minutes voice message after the booking was over.

Quiet at night. That’s abt it

When I arrived at the property i was completely clueless on where to go or who to speak to (there was no one there.) Some time later another resident arrived and had a message from the owner telling them their room number. All the keys were in the doors I just randomly guessed the other room after some time I saw the owner and he just gave me a thumbs up… he was a nice guy but would have been nice to know what room I was in and if I was welcome to just walk in. Bugs everywhere !!!! Also when shower was on it smelt like sewage. Aircon dirty

Property in easy walk to the pier, the host is lovely and quick to reply to messages. Accommodation is very basic but clean. Good value for money and quiet in evenings. Area felt safe to get to and host let us store our luggage before and after checkin/out. Wifi was very quick.

Check-in instructions could be more clear, maybe agree a time to meet or say where to collect keys from as there is no 'reception'. Having said that, Host was super quick to reply to messages and helpful.

Basic and adequate accommodation, slightly overpriced in my opinion.

The room was very cool with good AC. Host was helpful! Generally quiet other than when the insects outside came alive! Location is ok but it is a short uphill and lots of mosquitoes - we still got bitten even with insect repellent. Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. The door lock wasn’t working when we arrived but the host did ensure this was fixed within 24h.

Generalnie miło, tylko trzeba zadbać o mieszkanie i czystość.

Korzystna lokalizacja, blisko przystani, nie daleko plaża, większość miejsc które mnie interesowały w zasięgu, sklep ze świeżymi owocami i warzywami bardzo blisko. Pełny aneks kuchenny. Położenie mieszkania sprawia, że nie jest gorąco. Miły taras, bardzo prosty i wygodny sposób kodowania klucza.

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, okna brudne, odpływ wody zatkany, nie działa wentylator, drzwi ciężko się otwierają, drzwi wewnętrzne opadły. Problem z elektrycznością. Na materac trzeba położyć koc bo sprężyny wbijaja się w ciało.

Leider eine katastrophale Unterkunft, die wir sofort verlassen mussten.

Das einzig Positive war die Nähe zum Hafen.

In der Wohnung war starker Schimmel vorhanden, der Ventilator war stark verstaubt und die Unterkunft insgesamt in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Klimaanlage hat kaum gekühlt und wir haben uns bereits nach 5 Minuten entschieden, eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Eine Preiserstattung wurde leider abgelehnt.

À éviter tellement l’endroit était sale et bourré d’insectes. Le propriétaire n’est pas compréhensif, il ne vous remboursera pas. Il est têtu et ne trouvera pas d’arrangements car il a "un business" à gérer, et n’a pas le temps d’échanger avec les clients. On a voulu un remboursement, sans faire d’histoire, il nous a proposé un autre appartement qui était légèrement mieux. Résultat : beaucoup de temps perdu, et de l’énergie.

Le manque de dialogue possible avec le propriétaire qui est juste à côté. Il n’y a pas d’insonorisation entre les appartements. Matelas sale, odeur d’humidité, draps qui ne sentent pas bon. La douche ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu 24H pour pouvoir avoir une réparation de la part du propriétaire.

Estaba bien situado. El hijo de Mario nos atendió muy bien.

No tenía ventanas. La cocina estaba llena de polillas que se metían en el dormitorio. Había mucha humedad en el baño. Decidimos abandonar el lugar y buscar otro sobre la marcha. Todo una pena porque Mario nos pareció simpático cuando le contactamos. Pero perdimos el dinero y el tiempo.
