Great stay.would definitely recommend

Absolutely dead centre in old town. Couldn’t possibly be more central and convenient. Close enough to main train station as well. Easy to get to. Cozy and comfortable place.

A bit noisy at night with the doors and windows open. But fine. We sleep with earplugs anyway!!

A great place to stay in the heart of Lucerne, everywhere is walkable and it’s close to the trains, buses and boats.

It was extremely central in the old cobbled street area, close to the squares, river and wooden bridges. Our plane was delayed and the host was very good and met us late in the evening well after the check in time.

Everything was really good and just how the photos showed it. There were two really good fans that cooled the whole apartment down really quickly.

Nice apartment in a central, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The room was spacious and the kitchen was decently equipped. The hotel is in a very central location, so very close by to all the main attractions. I would happily stay here again, especially on a cooler Summer evening.

No aircon and it was 34 degrees when we stayed.

the position is very central; we needed a mixer and they kindly provided it right away

the owners do not speak english, lucky for us my pertner spoke a little german, otherwise it would have been difficult to arrange everything; the noise of the street is very loud because there are a couple of pubs few meters away

Excellent apartment BUT .....

Great apartment. Short walk from train station. Roomy. BUT.....

Host isn't very easy to contact or get active. I understand language differences can be difficult but we have managed fine in the past. There did not seem to be any active interest in solving some issues. Connecting to the internet was a problem eventually sorted. Heating was a problem but no response from host. Excellent apartment, excellent location just needs some better attention from host.

Great location, good decor, lift, cooking facilities, quiet clean apartment.

Please drop a location pin - got quite lost looking for it by name and not reachable by car/ taxi / public transport. Communication by WhatsApp would be more efficient

Nice location but be careful with the staff on communications

The apartment is in a good location in central Luzern in the old town. Apartment was clean on arrival and had good facilities. The staff met us at 2:30 with the key and showed wifi (he didn’t speak English (Dutch) but that was ok.

We checked out and asked where to leave the rubbish and staff advised to leave inside. We had washed and dried all dishes and the apartment was left in a clean state. After checkout I got a message (in German) that the apartment was left in a poor state. Also, all of the correspondence was in German so had to translate to English using google translate. Overall this last interaction with staff didn’t end well so I would be reluctant to recommend based on this.

Très beau petit appartement + lift, bien équipé et bien positionné mais voisinage bruyant la nuit.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds + proche du KKL (concours national des Brass Band, ce weekend-là.) Proche de beaux établissements + belles boutiques et boulangeries +rues piétonnes décorées pour Noel + mur d'enceinte avec les tours + la rivière, etc.

Malheureusement, beaucoup de bruit durant la nuit silencieuse, au bas du bâtiment. En cause, les clients-fumeurs du bar en bas, qui sortent pour fumer. Il parlaient fort et formaient des groupes de 2 à 12 personnes dans la petite cour. Vraiment très bruyant par intermittence et jusqu'à 7h30 du matin, lorsque ces gens allaient partir avec leurs taxis.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Aufenthalt war schön und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet und in sehr zentraler Lage in der Luzerner Altstadt. Dementsprechend kann es auch schon mal etwas lauter sein. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung war im allgemeinen sauber, nur das Geschirr ist anscheinend von den Vorgängern nicht richtig gespült worden.

Heerlijke appt op fantastische locatie in geweldige stad.

Prachtige locatie Heerlijke bedden, schoon appartement.

De persoon die de sleutel overhandigde sprak weinig Duits of Engels en was te snel weer weg om fatsoenlijk vragen te stellen. Het vaatwasmiddel was op en er was geen theedoek en de eigenaar reageerde pas na ons vertrek op onze vragen per app.

Mooie locatie maar extreem warme kamer op de vierde verdieping

De flexibiliteit van de eigenaar die er voor zorgde dat we eerder in konden checken. Ook de locatie in het centrum.

Het is warm in Luzern en de temperatuur op de kamer was echt extreem hoog. Zodanig dat we de hele nacht niet konden slapen. Als je dan de prijs voor de woning bekijkt had een airconditioner niet misstaan. Ramen open had ook geen zin met het geluid van cafés onder het raam en de warmte buiten.
