Great location, good value, easy with the lockbox. Bathroom+Kitchen: very clean. The Boiler Activation button was easy to use and find from your description.
Floor in the main room wasn't really clean. I'm not writing this because I was annoyed much but because you seem to have a new listing on Booking.com and I'd want to know how I would have given you a higher rating.

Estaba limpio y cuidado. Bien equipado Buena zona.
El tamaño de la cama es muy pequeño para 2 personas La zona es muy buena, pero para acceder al alojamiento hay varios tramos de escaleras (5 tramos de 14 escaleras) y una cuesta pronunciada, que creo que debería constar en la información, sobre todo para personas con movilidad reducida

Plenty of kitchen utensils and all necessary appliances - bathroom comfortable and good size. Property also had hairdryer, iron and plenty of clean towels
Not the cleanest, the outside patio was in a poor state and smelled on urine - servers times I returned to strangers peeing by the front door or sitting in the front patio or to the chairs having been taken to sit on the Main Street - I would advise the owners to put some tall dividers up to make it more private, and put people off opening the front gate. It made me feel very unsafe.
