Downtown Kolonaki Getaway - 1BR Apartment by ΜΡS

This is a really nice place! It is very visible that the owners paid attention to small details and created a lovely atmosphere. The communication is perfect — we received all the information we needed. Special thanks for the hair diffuser, which I saw for the first time in an apartment — it really shows how much attention is paid to the details here. The apartment has everything that is needed.

The only two things to note: To get to the apartment, you need to go through steep stairs, which might be an issue for older people or those with knee problems. The water pressure in the shower is not really high.

Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, antwortete schnell. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei, die Anweisungen waren klar. Die Lage ist top, 20 Minuten zur Akropolis zu Fuß. Das Appartment ist geschmackvoll und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Klima vorhanden.

Der Wasserdruck war unglaublich schlecht, teilweise kam überhaupt kein Wasser. Duschen war an beiden Tagen nicht möglich. Der Vermieter meinte, der Druck sei üblich so, wenn gar kein Wasser käme, müsste man eventuell jemanden kommen lassen, dafür hatten wir an einem Tag Aufenthalt keine Zeit und Lust, wurde in früheren Bewertungen aber auch schon bemängelt, somit wohl kein neues Problem. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das so nix. Sehr schade für ein so süßes Apartment. Zudem ist es doch sehr laut, da unten Restaurants sind, Fenster kann man schlecht aufmachen, da ebenerdig. Für Menschen mit dünnem oder schlechtem Schlaf eher schwierig.
