We loved staying at R & R’s Modern Retreat with our dogs and the convenience of charging the car.
Cozy and quiet not too far from the local town. Our dogs, car, and us enjoyed being able to recharge here! Neighbors were super friendly!

Very Uncomfortable
The location worked for the business we had in the Newport area.
The parking space is very narrow, so trying to get luggage or things out of your car is difficult. The key was in a lockbox with a combination above a gravel surface. If you arrive in the dark, good luck reading the combination lock. I scraped my knees bending down, trying to get a hold of it while using a flashlight to open it. It is June, the weather is warm, and the AC stopped working while we were gone all day. My dogs were in a 93-degree room. The sheets on the bed are flannel. There is no fan or AC in the loft. So we slept on the couch. The loft is dangerous if you have a dog because there is a drop off from the bed to the stairs. No bathroom sink or counter space. Did my hair and makeup using my phone as a mirror. Yes, there was a mirror on the back of the door, but nowhere to set the makeup, hair dryer, or curling iron. My first and last time staying in a tiny house.
