About this cabin rental

This cabin sits on a dead end street with only 3 cabins on it. This makes for a very peaceful and quiet cabin location.

The cabin has room to sleep 4, it has 2 private bedrooms with bathrooms adjoining them, and the master has a private bathroom.
A hot tub sits on the deck. A gas grill is also located on the deck along with a high top table and chairs, rocking Chairs and a slider sofa. The cabin is equipped with WiFi internet. The owners have movies and games are available for guest to use. All bedding, towels and kitchen utensils and appliances are provided.

Nice cabin in a secluded location. Cabin was as advertised with adequate room and nice that it was pet friendly. Accessible to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only negative was the hot tub was broken so we weren't able to use it at all on our trip.

I am tempted to leave a bad review to keep this amazing cabin to ourselves!! This cabin was absolutely wonderful!! Plenty of room, clean, and inviting! Debbie was wonderful to work with. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Pigeon Forge and almost an hour to Gatlinburg.

The cabin was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed being 30-45 mins away from the chaos. Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub on the deck was amazing every night. Our only downside was that the cabin could use a good deep cleaning I dont want to deter anyone from staying here because we enjoyed it. Everything was surface clean for the most part. There is just layers of dust and dirt between the wall and bathroom vanity. When we arrived there were pizza boxes shoved inbetween the fridge and kitchen cabinets from prior guests. My husband found part of a cigar in the armchair. As I was unpacking my bag, I stepped on a penny underneath the bed. Also, the bathroom shower was so clogged that the water was reaching my ankles by the time I was done. My husband used a plunger and some draino to fix it.

We loved the cabin! It is so clean and comfortable that we hope to come back again sometime. They have everything (and then some) that anyone could need. The owners are very clear about what they expect at check-out which is really helpful. We only wondered about leaving the mattress pads on the beds - we hope that they are also washed between guests. ??There is so much to do in the area, but still not congested as are other towns (ie: Gatlinburg)so it is easy to stay in or go into town for a good meal, shopping or entertainment.

5 years of staying at Dog House in the Smokies and it is still just an amazing beautiful place to stay. Peaceful location, comfortable and clean. Mrs. Debbie is wonderful to work with.

Beautiful area and we liked that it was basically a private road. It was a very quiet area. Would have liked to have had a plug for the sink. We never had enough dishes for the dishwasher so all was hand washed. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was slight leak from the large window when it rained and blew hard but contacted the owner and she was quick to respond.

The cabin location is very peaceful. Your dogs will love it to! The owners have thought of everything to make you and your pets welcome! It is very clean and has everything you need for your vacation. It’s not too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge as we went to both towns for entertainment and dining. We would definitely stay in this cabin again.

Went with my husband and mom to do some sightseeing and shopping in Smoky Mountains. I have always wanted to go there at Christmas to see all the decorations and festivities they have there and it definitely did not disappoint! We all had a wonderful time!

The cabin was very clean and has everything a person could need. Dog friendly. The cabin is about 40 min to Gatlinburg and 1 1/2 hrs to Clingmans Dome. Worth the drive to be away from all the tourist noise.

This is a GREAT place and perfect for our family. it was totally clean and quiet. at night on the deck you could on occasion hear a little beer fueled fun a holler over but next to you, one cabin is owner occupied permy and the other was quiet too. What I mean about its distance is - if you are looking at this place, you know the 'forge, and all things dolly, and the nut busting craziness of Gatlinburg...at night those places are fireworks and screaming. and traffic. when you exit this place onto the dolly parton, you can take that into sevierville or turn left onto veterans and NEVER EVER EVER again take the pigeon forge parkway unless you must go up to gatlinburg, but there is also a back way in. and if you want to goto the cove, you take wears valley and circumvent THAT. sure, allocate 30 minutes for each trip, but its 30 minutes moving, not sitting. If you are doing a boat centric weekend, strike up a parking/launching deal more on the northern side of the lake or off the 92? bridge. or near dandridge. there is a ramp here, but man, its a hard yank up those hills and turns and there is no way I could ever park BY the cabin with it - Im 26ft behind the hitch so turning around is impossible. smaller craft make your own decision. In my opinion, the distance this place is away, is a main selling point...the new food city is open and there is a walmart grocery only nearby so you dont have to deal with that we are already planning the 2025 version of the trip..

We had a wonderful trip!! The cabin location was great! Was very peaceful and quiet! We loved being close to the lake where we were able to kayak. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well! The cabin was well stocked with everything you need and had great communication with the owner. Little Mountain Eatery was close by and was a great place to eat and had a lot of options. Would definitely recommend this cabin!! Thanks!!
