I pay double for a room. The employee refused to help me and the manager refused to help me I would never ever stay here

I don’t like how rude the employees are. I don’t like how if you book something through booking they tell you I can’t help you. You shouldn’t have booked it through there so I got shitted on and I’m mad about it, but King didn’t help me and they didn’t help me.

For the price this hotel is a good deal.

The breakfast was okay but really didn't consist of much. Coffee and a waffle. The location was real nice since it was right next to the interstate. But all in all for the price it was excellent. I would stay there again.

The floor of the room was a little dirty. The guide told me that I got HBO but the TV would not play HBO. I would have liked to have had a coffee pot in the room to make my own coffee in the morning but that was not a big deal either.

Inexpensive, comfortable but rough

Friendly staff. Room was a little rough but clean. Fridge, microwave in room. Breakfast was waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal packets to make your own, muffins, juice and coffee served 6-9:30. Felt safe in area.

Room was a little rough, some dings in walls and needs some paint. All in all it was okay.

I would definitely stay here again.

It was convenient to the interstate and not far off our route-I 40. The room was very clean and had new vinyl plank flooring. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The TV worked fine and the price I got on Booking.com was really good too. The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected!

The occasional chair in the corner really needs replacing. The seat was very flat and as a result it felt very low. The upholstery was badly fraying on one side. The sheets were clean and the bed nicely made up. However, the bottom sheet appeared to have a round cigarette hole on one side.

Disappointing

Location, front desk person was friendly

Room was not very clean , scrapes on walls , bathtub was stained and clearly needs replaced , there was a a repair spot on ceiling that had not been painted , no toiletries, no hand towels or wash cloths , there were two chairs , one was stained and dirty the other was lopsided and didn’t seem safe to sit on. No ice bucket , no coffee maker . They definitely could do better . I doubt I’d stay here again .

Conveniently located. Easy to get to and from. Definitely loved having a Taco Bell next door.

Good for an overnight stay.

Just needed a place for one night that was inexpensive. I had some work done at my place and water was off. I just need a place for a shower and to clean up for next day

I could tell that was an older place. It needs some maintenance. Needed a little updating for present times. At least the room I stay in.

Clean room but poor maintenance and service.

Easy access. Clean. Large room.

Bed soft. Pillows very poor. Outlet by sink didn’t work and hair dryer looked like it has been fried. USB ports on night stands did not work. Had slight smoking odor even though I booked a non smoking room. Took me to another room and the light switch in the stool/bathtub area was not hooked into wall. Had to ask for wash cloths first night. Had to ask for second entry card. Night staff acted like I was bothering her. No yogurt at breakfast as fridge was at 59 degrees but picture of milk was in this fridge. Other option was waffle, oatmeal, white bread to toast with butter and jelly, or cereal with warm milk, mini muffins. Had to ask for more syrup for waffle as container empty. Staff on days was better. I had to get extension cord to use my hair dryer and essential oil to decrease odor. Burn holes in spread. Was told maintenance comes when he wants. Received clean towels etc but bed was not straightened any day for a three day stay. Did not want second floor room as had major knee cap surgery and was lots of stairs to second floor. Will not stay again.

Old and outdated. No money being put back into the business. Owners are from out of country like most businesses in East Tennessee photos speak for themselves. But as long as people pay it places like this flourish. Oh well. One and done for me. Never again

Check in was friendly and helpful. They were very apologetic about the double charge, but could not do anything about it, which was unfortunate.

I was double charged from an already bought and confirmed booking through a third party and they insisted that it did not show. Rooms smeeld like cigarettes and mildew. Lights were out in the kitchen and one of the lamps

The air conditioning unit was damaged and smelled like wet cigarettes when turned on. The towels were clean but stained. The tub had damage. It was so loud, between banging all night long and the highway, it was hard to sleep

I was in town for psycho nitro blast race it’s a good place to rest and take a break or just sleep for the night. no disturbs can hear the traffic from the interstate every now and then but good overall.

nothing absolutely nothing the worst staff was very unprofessional they do not care for children nor family this is the most selfish owners I have ever known I would t give them a bit of business!!!

I have never been so upset they would not even let me check in cause they considered me a local I live 2 towns over and I have small children and they could care less if they had to sleep in the car I was only staying one night and the front desk lady wouldn’t even let me speak to the owners this was so unprofessional and not fair to my children you can say econolodge does not care for family or children!!!! I will be contacting econolodge and letting them know how these people are letting their name be run in the ground and giving them a bad name!!!
