la posizione logistica della struttura, l'indipendenza dell'uso dell'appartamento
edificio e appartamento molto datato, sarebbe necessario una ristrutturazione. Alloggio con letti situati nel soppalco percui l'altezza delle camere da letto sono basse con relativi problemi

Superschöne Wohnung! Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön waren die vielen aufmerksamen Details. Hier hat sich jemand richtig Gedanken gemacht und insbesondere die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man auf Reisen braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Auch an anderen Stellen war das zu spüren - z.B. gab es an vielen Steckdosen zusätzliche Adapter, damit mehr (Lade-)Geräte Platz haben. Sehr praktische Lage und tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ev sahibi anahtar ve ev ile ilgili bilgilendirmede çok yardımcı oldu. Ev genel olarak, temiz, eksiksiz ve 3 kişi için oldukça rahattı. Konum olarak gayet güzel ve kolay bulunabilir bir yerdedir. Buzdolabında 2 şişe içilebilir su bulunması önemli bir detaydı.
Ev ile ilgili olumsuz söyleyebileceğim tek husus, havlular eski ve yıpranmıştı. Ayrıca bir öneride bulunmak istiyorum. Özellikle, geç saatlerde eve giriş yapan misafirler için bir kaç küçük atıştırmalı hatta bir paket makarna bulundurmak güzel bir jest olabilir. Çünkü geç saatlerde açık market bulunamıyor.

Perfect location and ideal for 3 of us needing a bed each for the Rome Marathon. Communication with the owner was exceptional and couldn’t have been more helpful. Located so close to the metro that it’s easy to get into the main tourist areas but without having to pay through the nose by staying right in it. Little restaurant downstairs was an absolute gem. Ate there 3 times in our 4 night stay.
All was great.
