Great location, clean and very comfortable for families.
Nothing was relatively bad just that the Internet was broken but they were gonna fix it.

Fantastic location. 1 block from Termini Station, Metro and Supermarket. Luggage storage next door for €6 a day for early checkout. Quiet. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Lift access to 3rd floor if required. Helpful check in. Thanks Ariana. Much appreciated. City map provided.
Poorly equipped kitchen. All pots/pans need renewing. Denatured and not good to cook in. Nothing to dry dishes with. Coffee maker too small to service 4 people... Would have been great to have a larger one. An ice cube tray for the freezer. A small stash of courtesy tea or coffee

The location was good - 30 min walk to the city center and 5 mites to a supermerket, but the area itself is pretty dirty as it's very close to the train station. The rooms were a decent size. The bathroom was clean when we arrived. The towels and bedsheet were clean.
Kitchen was very poorly equipped, one knife, no kitchen towel, everything is very outdated. The water flow was very bad in the kitchen and the bathroom. No hot water in the kitchen or the bathroom sink. I'd say the price of the apartment matches the quality.
