o elevador não funcionou e tive que descer 4 andares de escada, e não tinha funcionários no local,o hotel é self service ,paguei caro para eu mesma me servir, zero conforto, única coisa boa é a localização, pois queria ficar em frente a Roma termini, mas peguei nomes de outros hotéis decentes na mesma localização.
