Localização.
Estado de conservação do apartamento. Roupas de cama com tecido sintético/fino. Ventiladores de teto muito sujos, dava para ver o acúmulo de pó nas pás. Micro ondas com porta quebrada. Fogão muito lento, as chamas são muito baixas. A TV não sintoniza os canais direito, só o canal da assembleia legislativa pega direito. Cheguei à noite e não tinha sequer uma garrafa de água mineral. Tive que sair altas horas para comprar água numa farmácia 24hrs.
