boa localização, utensílios básicos necessários, garagem gratuita, prédio bem seguro, excelente recepção. Apartamento espaçoso e bem limpo.
roupa de cama básica (lençol, lençol de elástico e fronha), toalhas e cobertores tem que levar. Mas foi avisado com antecedência, o que evitou confrangimentos! Levar também itens de higiene pessoal.

Ambiente arejado, limpo, espaçoso com todos os utensílios, agradável, um apartamento muito bom, amei
Não fica tão perto da praia de Itaparica, quem vai sem carro precisa andar um pouco, as escadas também dificultam um pouco o acesso, estava tendo obra nos apartamentos vizinhos e começava o bate-bate as 6:00 da manhã, o morador de cima também ficou jogando videogame ou falando no celular(não sei), até tarde da noite o que incomodou um pouco, senti falta de uma TV no quarto, mas isso tudo não tornou nossa estadia menos prazerosa

Apartamento muito bonito lugar bonito ,
Não gostei muito de subir lance 4 andar de escada pq tinha pessoa idosa , Achei também local distante da praia , pra quem não tem veiculo e supermercado também longe tem que usar Uber pra tudo
