Bom apartamento. Boa localização. Limpo
O fogão estava entupido duas bocas. Mas deu tudo certo. O prédio estava em obras trocando pisos e o barulho começava a 06 hrs da manha. Ruim para as criancas .

Uma das coisas q mais gostei, foi a cordialidade dos anfitriões, conversei com André e Alex e ambos são MT educados e prestativos. A localização é excelente, perto do shopping Boulevard, perto de padarias, lanchonetes, praia... O apartamento é bem equipado e atende MT bem um grupo de até 5 pessoas (fomos em 4 + um pet). Ar condicionado gela bem, chuveiro tem boa vasão de água, geladeira excelente... Lençóis brancos e MT bem lavados. Havia um ventilador fraco na sala, solicitei a troca e o André disponibilizou com rapidez. Não tenho o que reclamar. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
De ser no terceiro andar, no primeiro dia da preguiça, mas depois acostuma rsrs.
