O apartamento tem ótima localização, boa vista lateral do mar.
A descrição falava de piscina privativa do apartamento, mas na verdade era comum aos apartamentos do prédio.

A localização é excelente. Praticamente pe na areia e com comércio na porta. Instalações do prédio são muito boas. Piscina, mercadinho, lavanderia, segurança. Quarto atende bem 3 pessoas.
Ar condicionado não alcança a sala, somente o quarto. Exaustor faz falta; precisa de dedetização (avistei baratinhas no banheiro); a cama da sala não é confortável

Beautiful building, the room is beautiful, clean, great size, comfortable, AC works great, this building is near to everything as pharmacy, groceries, restaurants and mall. The view from the room is great, we can see part of the beach. Vinicius the owner is very friendly, nice and always answers fast any questions. I wanna return soon.

The location is incredible.
There was no information about how to use the Wi-Fi. The curtains were not really clean. The sea view is not really how a client would expect afternoon reading the description.
