Nice place in Asheville

Nice and new location. Really comfortable and everything available one needs for a visit in Asheville.

Communication could be better. Internet was promised but not available and no response when asking for network and password. But this is not about the stay itself.

Perfect for me

You get a view of the sunrise in each bedroom. Great location to easily get to the parkway, shops restaurants, etc, but also a really quiet and peaceful location. I loved this place especially for the price, it was perfect for me. I almost changed my plans and booked it for the next night when I saw it was still available, and I will probably look for this house next time I'm up there.

I didn't like that I had to contact the host to get the code to get in. I couldn't get the fire pit to light, but I'm not sure if that was user error or if the tank was empty.

The location was perfect! The house was very cute and clean. It had everything we needed.

All that we needed.

The beds were comfortable. The space was all that we needed. We had all the kitchen tools to make breakfast including foil and parchment. We loved the view from the deck and spent time there drinking coffee, reading and bird watching in the mornings! The neighbors are really nice and have a beautiful nativescaped yard. Jared was responsive to our needs.

Just a few minor cleanliness issues. Cleaners didn't unload dishwasher, clean the Keurig water container or wash the previous renter's towels that were in the washing machine. There is a parking space at the top of a very steep driveway which is fine for one car. We had family coming in with three cars and parked one on the other side of the house and parked the third on the steep slope. That was quite humorous getting in and out! Also the front porch could use a railing as it has a very steep drop off.

Comfy beds, lack of communication needs addressed.

Spacious and well lit. Beds were comfortable.

The property manager did not provide access code to home until we messaged and asked for it at time of check in when we arrived to the property, then told us check in would be an hour later. Had to change out 2 propane tanks on the deck to get fire pit to light, outdoor speakers were not working, there was a horrible smell when opening dishwasher, smell of sewage on our last day as well. No instructions listed for clean up (we went ahead and piled linens, took out trash, and washed all dishes.)

Despite the communication on the door lock it was a wonderful house and we'd definitely stay again.

wifi and a great sized TV. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

no communication regarding the door code and how to operate the automatic door lock. Luckily we figured it out (as far as how to lock it) I did have to text directly in order to get the code as the messages were not working through the app.

The house has potential but some essentials are definitely missing.

Spacious facility. View from deck outstanding.

House appeared to have been recently remodeled but all decor and finishing touches were missing. Porch had no guard rail-an accident waiting to happen. Uniquely strange thermostat we were unable to maneuver -had to call for help. Poor lighting—shutting off by itself. Definitely need a “ how to “ booklet for this house. No grab bars in shower or clothes hooks in bathroom.

La communication avec le logeur Pas d’instructions d’arrivée et pas de réponse aux messages ! Nous n’avions pas le code d’entrée et nous sommes allés chez les voisins pour entrer en communication avec lui. Il nous a contacté après que le voisin l’ai appelé et il nous a reproché de les avoir dérangé. Hallucinant Les voisins sont absolument adorables 🥰
