Eden Lake view and private beach renovated in 2025 DesenzanoLoft Official Partner Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy

The location was amazing. Beautiful views of the lake, private beach access, walkable to everything in Sirmione and you don’t even notice the parking lot. We had a family of 4 and it worked perfectly. Memy was a fantastic hostess meeting us upon arrival and departure, making sort we had the best trip.

Let me start with the positive side of things.. the managers of the property were so incredible and friendly and always available to help. The issues I raised were not their fault so it's not on them - maybe an issue with apartment leasing in the north of italy.... there were NO basic things in the home, like minimal toilet paper, nothing to wash and clean dishes or the kitchen. Not even water or garbage bags. No basics in the kitchen at all. You have to bring everything yourself. And the closest store is 3km away, so if you don't have a car, it's super hard to get settled in. I should have stayed in a hotel to be honest. The building is outdated and quite old. All that said, the location is really perfect. You're a 100m walk from the town centre and castle. It's quiet and there are beautiful views of the lake. So all in all, I'd say, stay here if you remember to bring all the basics with you and shop beforehand.

No basics in the house, including garbage bags and cleaning items for the kitchen.
