Stunning 1 Bed Luxury London Garden Apartment

Apartment was very clean and in such a good location near East Croydon train station. Host was responsive and check instructions were clear. Parking available, smart TV. Would definitely stay here again.

I love that the property was clean, neat and in a good location to access, stores, restaurants and the train station.

I didn’t like the actual location of the apartment it was in a sketchy neighborhood that wasn’t the cleanest. My upstairs neighbors were noisy! It sounded like someone was running all through the night right over my head!! The garden view was not a garden at all!! It was a back yard that was in bad shape and needed to be tended to, I was extremely disappointed in this because the description says LUXURY GARDEN APARTMENT and that’s what I was expecting. Apartment could use some cosmetic touch up inside from reputable contractors. The hot water broiler and heat went out which was extremely upsetting!! I was able to get in touch with the Land lord he was nice and was able to walk us through the process of getting the broiler and heat to work.
