Very spacious two bedroom converted apartment in East Croydon

The location was super convenient for East Croydon station. Nice full size lounge. Very light inside.

Maintenance - main lock wouldn’t initially open, sorted with a little oil. Taps very stiff, hard for some of our family to close. Top bedroom was very warm at night but it had been another UK heatwave. The artwork on the walls was not exactly child friendly (lingerie models, silhouette of a naked woman shielded by a silk) so please consider this to be a more adult-friendly property. An easy-to-miss step by the bathroom which was be a trip hazard until we marked it with some clothing.

もともと予約していた宿泊先に施設側からキャンセルされ、急遽探して泊まらせていただきました。 予約すると10分後には連絡を頂けて、すぐに泊まることができ、冬の寒いイギリスで凍えることなく過ごすことが出来ました。 命の恩人と言っても良いくらいです！ ありがとうございました！

泊まって直ぐは部屋がヒーターが凍結か詰まりで故障していて、お湯が使えなかったのですが、連絡すると直ぐに業者を呼んでくれて、修理して頂けて、快適に過ごせたので、不可抗力です！

The place is well equipped and the host is very genetous with the supplies… It’s very close to the train station and very easy to move around … It’s a comfortable place to stay.

The access to the bathroom from the room at the top floor is a little inconvenience.

Plenty of space for a family stay to explore London by local transport. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Free parking in the property. Shopping facilities nearby.

Unfortunately, some previous guests did not respect the smoking ban, so it smelled of smoke especially in the living room. The flat would need minor repairs, e.g. the loose tap on the kitchen sink or the wobbly bathtub when showering standing up.
