It’s spacious nice layout the furniture is cute big balcony. Tv has everything on it the air con system is good great washer dryer lots of supplies in the utility and kitchen. Clear instructions on how to collect and drop off keys. The apartment could be so amazing and you could probably charge more if it was cleaned well as the decor is really nice. Looks exactly like the pictures. And the person dealing with the property was very friendly clear and fast replies xx
The walls and carpet are dirty I think darker carpet is needed or regular cleaning. Walls need going over with paint and the bathrooms need a sealer for the mould. These little things really let it down. When you get out the lift it’s very smelly there’s also an imbedded smell in the rooms and in the fridge the corners in the bedrooms need a scrub re paint and mold spray. Only used one room as I didn’t like how dirty the cream carpet was in the second room with bathroom
