Tripple Bs Apartments

Really clean and spacious. Flat as advertised. Powerful fans to help with the heatwave. Good range of amenities. Clear instructions for check in, had a late check in with no issues. Clear instructions on how to use boiler for water.

All the appliances (e.g. fridge/freezer/TV etc) were turned off when we arrived. We were hoping to put stuff straight into the fridge. We did turn them on but seemed a bit odd! Also less efficient than leaving them running. TVs were very slow. Were able to catch the world cup match on one of the TVs though so overall no issue.

Die Lage des Apartment ist super, 4 Minuten laufen bist East Croydon, eine ruhige Seitenstraße. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, Platz genug für 4 Personen. Der Vermieter war wegen eines Problems in der Unterkunft, gut erreichbar, auch wenn in dem Augenblick nicht lösbar (der Aufenthalt war an einem Wochenende ) sehr bemüht und engagiert.

Das war reine Geschmacksache, sehr viel Deko und gemütliche Kissen. Nach meiner Meinung etwas weniger wäre mehr, aber Geschmacksache.

Great location for what we needed. The flat was fully equipped.. and more. The host has thought of everything, right down to having an air-fryer! The rooms were spacious, bright , loads of hangers in the wardrobes etc

Being quite picky here but the bedding. Just a personal preference but we all prefer cotton sheets. The settings on the shower head weren’t the best, but again just a preference.

A l'arrivé nous avons été obligés d'appeler le service client de Booking pour récupérer la clef, car pas des instructions pour ça. Le propriétaire nous avait même reproché de ne pas l'avoir appelé, mais personne ne nous avait averti qu'il faut la faire !!! Communication difficile. A l'entré dans l'appartement il y avait 12°C !!! Pas des instructions pour l'utilisation de la chaudière ni du thermostat, il fait attendre pour que quelqu'un arrive pour démarrer la chaudière. Dans la cuisine le four n’était pas propre du tout, tout comme interrupteur électrique. Il manqué un couteau pouvoir préparer les repas. Dans la cuisine et dans la sale de bain, beaucoup des choses a rénover.
