Location, interior layout and space, all the kitchen and bathroom facilities, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained with good windows and doors, view from the terrace, good communication from host.

Location was spot on for us perfect distance to Harbour and the Breakwater. Bedrooms were all a good size and the shower in main bathroom was excellent. Highly recommend this property

The Coastal Cottage is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brixham and the surrounding area. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the harbour—and the views from the house are truly charming. The cottage itself is very well maintained and spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you prefer to dine in, which made self-catering a breeze. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the cottage for its location, cleanliness, and comfort.

One practical note for future guests regarding parking: as clearly outlined in the booking information, there is no dedicated parking at the property. Street parking nearby is quite limited, though we were able to secure a spot for one of our cars on two days. For convenience, there is a long-stay car park at Breakwater, about a 5–10 minute walk away, with a daily rate of £11. It's worth noting that there is no designated area to temporarily stop and unload luggage directly at the house, so a bit of planning ahead can be helpful.
