Stairs are steep if mobility is an issue (we found them fine, and very quaint being a 200 year old cottage )

The dishwasher was broken, but the facilities were otherwise excellent.

It was fitted out to a very high standard with many additional touches that improved the comfort.

The stairs and parking are not for the faint hearted!

The cottage was cosy, clean and well equipped. The location was good to walk into the centre of Brixham or the harbour easily. Bathrooms were modern and spacious. The beds were comfortable.

We have an estate car so parking was quite difficult in the tight space.
