excellent position for access to the harbour but far enough away not to be disturbed by any revelry

This place was chosen for its view and for its car parking space, but it turned out to be very comfortable too. Heating worked well, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, very quiet at night, and very private location between harbour and marina with a superb view right out into Torbay.
Access was simple with keysafe on arrival, two sets of keys so guests could go out and return separately.
Master bedroom window is under a streetlight - even the strip blind and curtains combined aren't quite enough.
Really can't think of anything else.
Oh - other reviewers complained about broken kitchen floor tiles - well they are, but they're smooth and clean, so what?
