Comfortable & beautiful surroundings

It had all that we needed. It was very clean and just what was needed loved the kitchen. Everything was provided. Wish we could have arrived earlier to enjoy it more.

The pillows on the bed way too soft. Need firmer pillows. Need instructions on how to operate tv. We wanted to watch normal tv but did not know how to make it work.. We are of the older generation so technology is way out of our depth. But we still enjoyed talking together.

Location was great, key was easy, spacious, beds comfortable, very clean, host was very friendly. heat pump was great,

Bad Wifi reception, TV kept stopping, Wifi on phone kept disconnecting, No towel rail in ensuite for towel, Thin bath towels, no hand towels, no face cloths, No spare blankets, no electric blankets, bathroom bin had not been emptied, no hairdryer as specified, Hot water was luke warm in the shower, hot water kitchen sink was luke warm. Lots of trains noise so close to the unit right through the night, head board not connected and just sitting up against the wall at the other end of the bed.

The location, the owners

Lack of access and equity for disabled. The owner will eventually be put a foot path in across the garden to the door. The place needed a thorough clean. Linen needs cleaning. Need pillow protectors and doona cover needed cleaning. Sorry but I’m very fussy when it comes to staying in a place that someone else has used. I expect it to be hygienically clean, no marks on walls, around door handles, light switches or anything I touch. The couch was very comfortable though.
