Nicely appointed modern townhouse by the bay has almost met perfection!
Great kitchen amenities and cookware, sharp knives. A cook’s dream! Lovely clean hot tub, cozy fireplace, nice soft beds, really spotless house.. the stuff that counts, is there in spades!!
Needs 4 things, otherwise perfect: 1. An ottoman!! There are two chairs, a couch and a coffee table, but nowhere soft to put feet and the chairs aren’t large enough to curl up in. 2. Fully fence the back yard. The view of the trash bins in the spot-light, from the hot tub, is not very enticing or private. Can see in neighboring yard and windows. 3. Black out curtain in trundle bed room: The spot lights on the parking lot illuminated the room too brightly with current window covering. 4. Wine bottle opener missing!! A travesty!
