The location was good.

The location

It was filthy. No coffee, 1 pan that everything stuck 1 tv had no pepper or the like. It was so hot in there my father in law got sick

Adequate comfy stay for our one-night visit to Seaside.

I liked the convenience to the beach and could walk to the main street with shops and such. The clothes washer and dryer were very nice to have. It was a mostly comfortable stay.

The house reminded me of an old house on a Carolina beach . Please replace the see-through curtain in bath window, replace the broken window-blind in kitchen. Add lightbulb to fixture above bath sink. Perhaps add a nightlight in the bathroom to keep the brightness down during the middle of the night.

Location, cost

Kids go to bed earlier than the sun so it was harder for them to sleep upstairs with so much light still. But they had fun and loved it up there!!

We had a parking issue. I had emailed that we had a dodge ram long bed truck and asked if that was a problem for our parking spot. I was told it would be fine, but it was not. I called around 830pm to ask if we could park in the north side and the number given was not helpful. I was basically told to find my own alternative parking through google maps. That was a rocky beginning, but a neighbor to the place told us we could because they don’t like vehicles being backed into parking spots which is what we had to do to semi fit the truck. Anyhow, knowing we could have parked on the north side earlier would have been helpful.

Meh but nice view

Full kitchen, location, spacious, view, fireplace, good tv DVD player, good wifi, good water pressure.

Ant infestation in kitchen, lack of deep cleaning ie muck in sofa, couple of kitchen cabinets smelled of rotten fish, under furniture not vacuumed, dirty dining table. Small water heater so very short showers, washing machine out of order, burned out bathroom light. Property management unresponsive upon receiving maintenance requests. Acknowledged but no action. Could use some updating.

great view, lots of accommodations like card and board games. good layout. kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking equipment, dishes etc. washer and dryer with detergent, towels, the whole 9! manager was very nice and accommodating.

Good

The location was fabulous - literally right by the bay and a short walk away from cute shops and restaurants. It's also a short drive away from Newport and Lincoln City. It was also spacious and warm; there are 2 good sized bedrooms with queen beds and an upstairs opened loft that has two full beds as well. 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and downstairs which works well for a larger group. I especially liked that dogs are allowed - we brought 2 of ours, but the owner said it could accommodate up to 4. There is a full kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator so you can pretty much cook anything you wanted verses going out for every meal. Also laundry room to wash and dry your clothes. Its basically a large apartment.

The furniture was on the older side and some pillows were stained. The bugs seemed to be able to still get in somehow even though we kept the doors and window shut, but that can happen with older structures, which this apartment was. I was kind of expecting something newer but from the outside, it looked like a old hotel. Once you get inside though, its great and works. I wouldn't say it ruined our trip or anything though.
