Grandma's House at the Beach

The view of the ocean was amazing! Saw whales and pelicans every day. The fenced yard was great for the dogs.

Like going to Grandma's house at the beach; old, dusty, too much furniture and decorations. The blinds on many windows were broken or missing. The kitchen was very small and unworkable partly because the huge frig that stuck out into the doorway. Worst of all the bathrooms were not clean and smelled. We will not go back.

Had a fun time

Everything was great except no telescope and main floor bed was not comfortable with dog hairs from previous occupants.

Downstairs bed not comply and dirty. Really wanted the telescope to see the full moon up close or look for whales.

Stunning views

We loved the stunning views from all the windows. No matter what room you were in, you had a gorgeous ocean view! The place was clean and well kept. The pictures were very accurate; it's an old house but didn't feel dirty because of that.

The only downside for me was that the king bed frame was really tall and awkward to get into but I'm also 32 weeks pregnant so I don't think it would be an issue for most people unless you're pretty short.

We really enjoy depot bay.

Location is great view fantastic

Ants were everywhere. The house is just not the same the main bathroom needs an upgrade. The whole house needs some TLC upgrades. We have been using this property for over 15 years and is just not the same.

Such amazing views of the ocean.

All the windows looked onto the ocean such amazing views. There was also a lovely deck to sit on. The living room was very comfortable with a gas fire which really warmed up the room. The bedrooms each had amazing views it was wonderful to sit in bed and look out at the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. The house is also in a great location just a few minutes walk to the local restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful views of Oregon coast

The view is amazing. So close, you can hear the sound of the ocean. Walking distance to town. Lots of nice lookouts, parks, and beaches within 10 mins distance. Devils punch bowl is about 8 miles from the home.

The views were awesome, especially from the upstairs bedrooms! The home was pet friendly and the small yard was fenced.
