An entry-level bonus room, which can easily serve as a bedroom because of a queen sofa sleeper and half-bath, greets you upon entry. It’s a nice space apart for watching TV, and the covered porch and sounds of the ocean are right outdoors. Upstairs, a great room with a TV, gas fireplace, leather chairs, and a modern sofa invites you to relax; you can leave the door to the deck open for the sounds of seagulls and surf. A table and chairs let you enjoy dinner al fresco as the sun sets over the ocean. You’ll love the gorgeous chef’s kitchen with its beautiful gas range and stainless-steel appliances, and your guests will flock to the marvelous quartz island with pendant lighting and plush seats.
