Really well updated old cottage with lots of lovely features and an excellent position for enjoying the delights of Falmouth Town centre. Fantastic views from the sitting room... Would have benefitted from an information pack as we could not work out how to use the high-tech oven, or the heating (if we had needed to use it which we didn't). No spare loo rolls, towels very small.

Communication from the property manager was smooth and helpful throughout. The house itself could use a bit of updating—particularly the windows, which weren't functioning properly in any of the rooms. The location is excellent: very close to shops and restaurants, and overall quiet (though those seagulls do make themselves known!).If the windows were repaired and blackout blinds installed, I’d absolutely stay again.
